Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking a heat treatment service with Extreme Heat Force UK.

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the provision of bed bug heat treatment and related pest control services by Extreme Heat Force UK ("we", "us", "our") to you, the customer. By booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

We provide chemical-free thermal treatment services for the eradication of bed bugs, fleas, moths, carpet beetles and their eggs. All treatments are carried out using industrial-grade heating equipment operated by trained technicians.

Service descriptions, pricing and coverage areas are available on our website or by telephone enquiry. We reserve the right to decline a booking if the property is outside our operational range or if safety concerns are identified during the pre-treatment assessment.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings may be made by telephone or via our website. A confirmed booking is subject to availability and receipt of any required deposit.

Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. For residential treatments, payment is typically due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For commercial or multi-unit treatments, payment terms may vary and will be specified in your quotation.

Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for following our preparation instructions prior to the treatment date. Failure to adequately prepare the property may reduce the effectiveness of the treatment and could invalidate the guarantee.

You must inform us of any known hazards, allergies, vulnerable occupants, pets, or property features (such as old wiring, delicate furnishings or listed building restrictions) that may affect the safe execution of the treatment.

5. Our Guarantee

Residential bed bug heat treatments are backed by a 6-month written re-treatment guarantee, provided the customer has followed all preparation and aftercare instructions. If live bed bugs are found within the guarantee period through no fault of the customer, we will re-treat the affected areas at no additional charge.

The guarantee does not cover re-infestation caused by introducing new bed bugs into the property (for example via travel, second-hand furniture, or visitors), nor does it cover failure due to inadequate preparation or structural issues that prevent effective heat distribution.

6. Liability

We carry appropriate public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from a treatment, except where such loss cannot be excluded by law.

We exercise due care to avoid damage to property and belongings, but we cannot accept liability for damage to items that are known to be heat-sensitive and which the customer has failed to remove in accordance with preparation guidance.

7. Health & Safety

Our technicians follow established health and safety protocols. Properties must be vacant during the active heating phase. Occupants may return once the property has cooled to a safe temperature and our technician has confirmed it is safe to re-enter.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your booking will apply to that service. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
